If you are looking for personal training, then it's clear that you want results. But what are you looking to achieve and why? Rhona will work with you and guide you to provide a service that gets you your desired results and offer the personal touch that you have every right to expect. She will train with you at a level that is comfortably challenging for you. Training sessions involve the right mix of fat burning and metabolism boosting exercises as well as the ongoing support you need.

All personal training packages begin with:-

Consultation and fitness analysis - Rhona uses Bioelectric Impedance Analysis (BIA) to monitor multiple components of overall health in her clients and to allow her to track the changes you achieve through your personalised training program. Measurements include Weight, Body Fat %, Body Water %, Basal Metabolic Rate, Metabolic Age, Bone Mass, Muscle Mass, Physique Rating, and Visceral Fat Rating.

Fitness Tests - You will undergo a graded exercise test prior to the start of your personal training program in order to evaluate and assess your present level of cardiorespiratory (heart and lungs) and muscular fitness. From these findings your personalised plan of action begins…

Prices - Rhona does a number of personal training packages from one to one, small groups, post natal, beach body, bride & groom, wedding parties as well as corporate training in the workplace.
Prices range from £20-£35 per session
